I'm not seeing the difference in the beta environment. Changing that user setting is having no impact on how/where the To Do list item opens. Perhaps I am interpreting the deploy notes inaccurately. Or perhaps it is not getting released to beta before deploy? If so, those deploy notes should perhaps reflect that. Basically though, the default setting after the update will mirror the current experience in production. Is that correct?

Changing Grading Workflow During Finals Period is CRA CRA.  This deploy would be a non-issue in summer or middle of the term. Can this be bumped to February?

The way I'm reading the notes, nothing is going to change for users by default.  They will just gain an option to adjust the behavior in the user settings area if they wish.
